The charges associated with shipping and handling are based on the location (destination). Shipping prices are “free on board” for delivery within [Location]. Orders under 13 ounces will be shipped within 3-7 business days via USPS in a stamped envelope or First Class package . Orders over 13 ounces are subject to flat rate shipping based on package weight, size and customer location.
Once the product has been sent out, it is in the care of USPS. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the care of the delivery service. Orders over $49 are shipped for free (within the US only), and the user understands that the shipping threshold is subject to change with or without notice in the event USPS updates their shipping charges. We will try our best to inform users however we will not be liable in case the new updates/ changes affect the existing orders.
International orders are shipped through USPS First Class or USPS Priority International. The estimated arrival date depends on the country the package is being shipped to. You are responsible to pay for any extra expenses associated with International shipping such as customs fees, taxes, and duty. The customers understand that we cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery once the package is in the care of USPS. To address any delay issues, the customer must contact USPS directly.
Any time-frames given for shipping times are estimates. We cannot be held liable for any delays due to incorrect or inaccurate billing or shipping addresses. If you need to make a change to any billing or shipping information after your order has been placed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Returned Order: If your package is returned to us as “unclaimed”, we will send you an email notification. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your package. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
- Damaged product: If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving item. Keep the item, case, packaging and contents in the condition they were received and file a claim with the company that delivered the package. Then contact us for further details.
